In the UK 900,000 people are living with dementia, and thousands more are caring for someone with dementia, often unpaid and unsupported.
Alzheimer's Society believes that life doesn't end when dementia begins. That's why they support anyone affected by dementia, and do everything they can to keep people with dementia connected to their lives and the people who matter most.
